I can confirm that this picture was indeed taken at LAX. The brown parking structure is well known to me. If the camera panned a bit more to the right the famous In-N-Out Burger would be seen. It’s a popular location for plane spotters who want to grab a burger while watching planes landing on Runway 24R.
