Fleet Rarity

Qantas operates a small fleet of 11 Boeing 787-9s; the Indigenous art liveries are rarer, with only two Dreamliners in this scheme.

Record Flights

Qantas 787-9s have performed research flights for \'Project Sunrise\', including nonstop New York-Sydney and London-Sydney demonstrations.

Safety & Events

Generally a safe fleet with no major hull-loss events. Special Indigenous liveries on Qantas aircraft are highly celebrated and promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
