HL7627 is one of the later A380s delivered to Korean Air, with distinctive sky-blue livery unique to the carrier. Korean Air is among the few Asian airlines still operating the A380 as of 2024.

We took our (then) one year old daughter to KLAX for her first plane spotter outing. Her very first arrival was a Korean Air A380! She was off to a great start.
